Shipping and Handling Policy

 Merchandise will be shipped in the most economical way based on postal and zip code geographical regions. Any duty costs that may be incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are to be paid in full by the purchaser.

 Should a product be deemed to be defective and need to be returned, the purchaser must be issued a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Service Department prior to shipping the merchandise back. All shipping costs are the responsible of the purchaser and they must use one of our preferred shipping partners. Shipping costs may be refunded provided that you have used one of our shipping partners and the product is in fact confirmed to be defective.
